All products, designs, concepts, images, and written content are the exclusive intellectual property of Magman. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any form without written permission.
3. Products and Orders
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance only. While we aim for complete accuracy, variations in materials or production methods may occur.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Magman reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Magman reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch or commencement of any custom order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Magman is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused products in their original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective. To initiate a return, please contact info@magman.uk.
7. Warranties and Liability
Magman products are manufactured to the highest standards. If a product is found to be defective under normal use, please contact us within 12 months of purchase for support or replacement options.
Magman shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury resulting from use or misuse of our products.

We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
