Refund policy

30-day returns

Changed your mind, or it doesn't fit your door? You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused, undamaged and can be resold. Email info@magman.uk with your order number and we'll send you a free UK returns label.

If a returned item has been fitted or damaged, we may offer a partial refund instead. We'll always tell you before deciding.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Contact us straight away with a photo and we'll replace or refund it. All Magflap products come with a 1-year guarantee, in addition to your rights under UK consumer law.

Not sure it will fit?

Send us a photo of your letterbox and its measurements before ordering and we'll tell you which model and gasket you need.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method and email you to confirm. Express delivery charges are refunded only if the item was faulty or sent in error.

Orders shipped outside the UK

If you're in the EU you can also cancel within 30 days of receiving your order for any reason. Return postage from outside the UK is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
